Does one go to war with hatred against another? Will he win through that? But he will suffer later.

Dukkham sethi parajito

Upasanto sukham sethi

Does one go to war with hatred against another? Will he win through that? But he will suffer later. Similarly, the one who is defeated will suffer greatly. But the person who knows the difference between all these, the Upasanto, who has controlled his mind, will live a life of great peace.

We are all human beings by birth. And we will engage in human activities at least a little. But we should inquire with our wisdom and mind as to why we have not been able to find peace through that.

Not all the ideas in our mental structure are correct. That is because even though we have thoughts like love, kindness, compassion in our hearts, at certain times, streams of sinful thoughts like jealousy, hatred, anger will flow into them without us knowing it. We know that it is our natural nature. But due to those things, our entire life will be dragged into great sorrows.

You can understand very well what is being explained through the verse mentioned earlier. If we hate, we ourselves will be destroyed through it. So, as those who do not want to keep things harmful to ourselves, we should work with mindfulness to get rid of it. Otherwise, a very depressed state will arise in our mind and we will have to dance in this dance as a sick person. Looking at that, others will have to think that you are a very crazy person and will have to be insulted and slandered.

We do not want to be insulted and slandered by others living in society at any time. But the sinful intentions of jealousy, anger, hatred that arise in our minds can also lead to suicidal tendencies. Let us examine why this happens.

What did the Buddha preach in this way about suffering when we do not get what we want? When our loved ones desire something that pleases them and do not get it, a great number of conflicting thoughts arise in their pure thoughts. As a result of those conflicts, conflicts and persecutions will arise in this society. But none of us want to live in the midst of persecutions? No, right?

None of us should live as mentally depraved individuals. There is no good that can come to us or to others through it. Let us all strive to live as non-hatred people amidst hateful people. Then the entire universe will breathe a sigh of relief.

Let there be no darkness when you cannot see

Let there be no hunger when you have no food

Let there be no fierceness when the wind blows

Never cause hatred in your life

Leaving the suffering of living beings

Experience the Dhamma with a contented mind

The path of life in this world will be long if you do not become sad

May all hateful hearts become loving hearts

May all hearts sink to the bottom of the ocean of comfort

May all hearts be free from sorrow

May all be content with the refuge of the third refuge

Do you strive to accomplish this in this way?

Even if you don't have a roof over your head, you go to school, shivering in the cold, and pick up a book. That is your weapon.q Do you...
