the four noble truths were defined in accordance with the Pali language. The basic reason why the suffering and happiness of beings living in the three worlds do not exist in the same way at all times is not the same. For hundreds of thousands of eons, the Buddha spread the three worlds through the Paramita, attained the worldly Buddhahood, and made it clear to the three worlds. How is that...?
The truth of suffering = suffering
The truth of the origin of suffering
The truth of the cessation of suffering = the cessation of suffering.
The truth of the cessation of suffering = the path leading to the cessation of suffering.
Accordingly, when we inquire with wisdom, we will understand that this is the basic essence of Buddhism. That is, the procedure to be followed when solving every problem is clearly shown in this. That is...?
The problem
The cause of the problem.
The formulation of the problem.
The method of solving the problem.
In accordance with this, every problem in the world can be solved in a simple way. But since all of us are unable to understand this, we have created a problematic environment in various ways and have been unable to solve those problems, and have had to end the time of eternal happiness with temporary happiness.
These four truths are divided into four according to this.
1. Seeing the world as it really is =
2. Eliminating what should be eliminated = Bāvetabba.
3. Growing what should be increased = Bhāvetabba.
4. Realization of Nibbana = Scjikatabba.
Accordingly, we should understand and follow that truth. There are also other reasons for calling these four truths the Noble Truths. Namely.
1. Because they were understood by the Buddha and the great arahants after him.
2. Because they are never false and because no one can say that they are false.
3. Because through understanding these noble truths, one can attain the fruits of the path of enlightenment and so on.
Then the Buddha explained these four truths separately. Namely..
The Noble Truth of Suffering
'' Thatta kataman dukkha ariya sachchan.? Birth is suffering, aging is suffering, illness is suffering, death is suffering, the suffering of the father is suffering, the suffering of the mother is suffering, the suffering of the father is suffering, the suffering of the fivefold suffering.
"What is the cause of suffering? The birth of beings in the order of beings is called birth. Because that birth is the basis of all their suffering, birth is suffering."
All beings who are born will grow old and decay. Similarly, the loss of hair, nails, teeth, skin, the passing of life, and the weakening of the limbs are called the suffering of old age.
Similarly, suffering from various diseases is called disease suffering. It is due to the change in the nature of the body, as well as due to the anger of the body, and the results of one's own actions.
Similarly, the departure of each and every being from the world in which one was born is called death.
Associating with people we do not like is called the suffering of the Lord.
Similarly, separation from loved ones is also shown to be suffering.
Not getting something that we desire is another suffering. When we inquire in this way, the attachment within us regarding the five aggregates of form, pain, thought, perception, and desire brings us suffering at every moment. Therefore, we should inquire with our mind and intellect what we should do.
"The wise person, by behaving well within the precepts, nourishes his mind and wisdom well. Through this, he loosens all his bonds."
