Then we can enjoy ourselves. We do not want to lose our lives but to win. We want to win. But we must first get education to gain good knowledge and understanding of how to do that victory. We do not have any ability to do everything at first. Therefore, to create that ability well, we must diligently create a good and strong foundation (මින් If someone does not make an effort and acts with hope in his destiny but is discouraged, his character traits are like an old man who does not want to embrace a young woman. Let the wise know what this highlights. We all want to use various clothes and vehicles at all times. And because of that desire, we engage in various occupations and earn wealth, grains, and wealth. But we should ask ourselves whether we are using all of them well.
When a river flows, it moves forward between the mountains, between the rocks and the roots of huge trees. All these natural actions give us a good example. What is nature trying to do by giving all those examples? We should all go forward like a lion who tries not to fall. When we take a step to climb a ladder, there are many people behind us who prevent us from climbing that ladder. There are also those who sit in front and push us back. But we must continue to move forward. That is what the Buddha said.
“Ma nivatta abhikkhama”
“Let us move forward without stopping”
In the same way, the only help that Buddhas, parents, and everyone around us can do for us is to show us the path we should and should not take. That is what the Buddha said.
“Tu mehahi kiccham akappam akkhataro tathāgataaha” “You must work. The tathāgata only shows the But did he have parents or a teacher to show him the path to attain Buddhahood? No, he did not. But how did he direct his intellect and explain to all beings who live in the three worlds, experiencing suffering and happiness? What is the reason for this? How can it be eliminated? And what is the way to eliminate it? Was it not because he made his own liberation clear to the world with his wisdom before making it clear to others that he had made it clear to others? That is how it is. When he left home and went with the minister Janna, the minister Janna also asked to stay with him. Then what did Prince Siddhartha declare? I will first find the truth and then preach it to you. Act accordingly. Doesn't this and other sermons reveal that he had an unwavering determination? From the very beginning, because of that determination, his wisdom progress was greatly stimulated. Did not its light spread throughout the entire world, comforting all beings afflicted with sorrow?
We all know that the only scholar in the human world, the Buddha, was the only one who, although born as a human being, did not clash with humans, but sat on a higher plane than humans and thoroughly investigated all the activities of humans. And the entire world has come to believe in it. He is like a red lotus blossoming in a muddy pond. Even though a red lotus blossoms in water, it does not go into the water or into the mud for any moment. It blooms and withers, sitting on the surface of the water, without sinking in the water. We all need to learn well how much of an example it sets for the entire human community. And we should try to adapt to it at least a little. If so, some light will dawn in our lives. Otherwise, we will never be able to see any comfort in this human life.
How cool our feet feel when we slowly walk along a path of thorns, stones, and gravel and enter a white sandy path and measure our steps? On the way forward on that paved path, if there are many sweet fruits growing in the trees, we can also enjoy the taste of those fruits. Similarly, we can see beautiful flower buds growing in the flowers growing in the surrounding environment and wasps swarming in clusters to collect their nectar. It is a great joyous event. We all want to live in such a happy world. We also want to make everyone else with us live in such a world. But to what extent that desire can be fulfilled can only be determined by carefully examining the activities we have done and looking at them with mindfulness.
If we awaken our life on earth with a delicate heart and a delicate body and develop it well in the form of a rough body, that body will not give happiness to others. But if we are able to manage our life by sitting in that delicate state, we can also engage in the work of making the whole world happy. If we are born as a human being and die as a human being, having completed all the tasks that a human being should do, that is a great fortune. If not, that is a great misfortune and a great disgrace to the whole world.
When we all understand the truth, why are we born without allowing everything to happen and be completed? What should we do after being born? Let us live our lives in the right way and strive to overcome every obstacle that comes our way and move forward. Also, our ability to overcome every obstacle will increase. Rather than a person who lacks strength sitting and thinking, "I don't have strength," if he acts with the feeling that if he doesn't have strength, he will somehow gain the strength that he lacks, he will be able to jump over the obstacle and overcome it without having to walk around every obstacle in front of him.
